The new delivery quote is approximately $16,000 all included, including ferry. This has not been deducted from the budget above. Delivery is one part of the delivery, crane and installation scope.
After permits, agree the final scope, inclusions, exclusions, fixed price, payment schedule and construction timing. Review and sign the fixed-price construction contract, then confirm the schedule and start site work.
